AI Coach analyses your leads and gives you personalised suggestions on how to follow up, what to say, and how to close — like having a sales coach available 24/7.

Step 1 — Open a lead
Go to My Leads or My Web Leads and open any lead's Quick View or full detail page.

Step 2 — Click AI Coach
Find the AI Coach tab or button. AI Coach reads the lead's details — name, location, lead type, and any notes you have added — and generates a tailored recommendation.

Step 3 — Read the recommendation and act on it
AI Coach will suggest a follow-up approach, a talking point, or a next action. Use it as a starting point for your call or email.

Tips:

• The more notes you add to a lead, the better AI Coach's suggestions become.
• You can re-run AI Coach any time to get a fresh recommendation.
• AI Coach works best when the lead has a clear lead type (web, phone, referral).
