What exact language does the prospect see before submitting?

The prospect sees a form on one of our advertising landing pages. Before submitting, they see clear disclosure language that states they are requesting information about legal services or legal plan membership, and that by submitting their information they agree to be contacted by a representative regarding their enquiry.

The form explicitly collects: first name, last name, phone number, email address, state, and a brief description of their legal situation or interest. Nothing is pre-filled or auto-submitted โ€” the prospect must actively fill in their details and click the submit button.

This informed, active submission is what makes our leads high intent โ€” the person is not passively browsing; they are actively requesting contact.
