What proof is available if a prospect denies submitting the request?

Every lead in our system is logged with a full data record at the time of submission, including:

  • IP address of the device used to submit the form
  • Timestamp (date and time of submission, down to the second)
  • Source URL โ€” the specific landing page where the form was submitted
  • User agent โ€” browser and device information
  • Form field data โ€” exactly what the prospect typed

If a prospect claims they did not submit, this data provides strong evidence of the submission. In our experience, most denials occur because the prospect forgot, did not recognise the source, or is surprised by how quickly they were contacted.

If you believe a lead is genuinely fraudulent (e.g. someone else submitted using their details), submit a replacement request and our team will investigate using the submission record.
